It may surprise you to know that there are approximately 32 skyscrapers in the area that 295 feet tall or taller. The Hub
The Hub is the absolute tallest building in Brooklyn and tops out at 610 feet. It’s a 52-foot skyscraper that was completed in 2016. It’s a residential building located just outside of the popular Borough.
AVA DoBro
The Ava DoBro, otherwise known as Avalon Willoughby West is yet another of the tall buildings with a view of NYC. It’s a high-rise building full of residential homes and was completed in 2016. It includes 57 floors and 826 living spaces, and it is 596 feet tall.
388 Bridge
388 Bridge is yet another high-rise residential building that is 590 feet tall. It held the title of the tallest building in Brooklyn up until February 2016 when the AVA DoBro building was completed. It contains 144 condominiums and 378 apartment units. It took a long time to build because of the real estate crash in the early 2000s, but includes beautiful views of NYC, no matter which room you have. Amenities for this building include a rooftop terrace, lounge room, playroom for kids, playground, large laundry room, and a lounge with a fireplace, large televisions, pantry, pool table and wet bar. Other amenities include a pet spa, gym, yoga studio, and 24-hour concierge services.
Brooklyner
The Brooklyner is yet another skyscraper in the area and includes 491 rental units. It stands at 514 feet tall and was considered the tallest building between 2008 and 2013
